- Highlights: led the engineering team behind a product that reached £1M+ ARR (Unibuddy); split a monolith team into autonomous squads, with development velocity up 30% and incidents resolved 40% faster (Playroll); built an AI-native platform from scratch as a founding engineer, serving three hotel-group customers and reliably handling 500K-email sends (Familiar).
- Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, React Native / Expo, AWS, AI agents.
- Location: Cyprus (EET, UTC+2). Remote-first, working with teams across time zones.
